I am so impressed with this companies customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong color and when looking to contact them I saw that you could engrave the product. I emailed them about changing the color and possibly adding the engraving and they were so quick to respond. They responded within an hour and shortly after we had the color changed and engraving added. This company was so great to deal with! I got this for my boyfriend for Christmas and we’re both so happy with the way it turned out!! I would 100% recommend this company and their products.
