I ordered 3 items from Clearwater Stag Works, 2 were Christmas gifts for my sons (one is a police officer and the other is active duty military). After ordering I realized one of my orders was of the wrong product, I e-mailed Clear Water Stag Works and received an immediate response. They informed me not only that they would correct the matter but that they had also included a 10% discount due to the fact that my item was being shipped to a military base. I was not even aware that they offered this discount. My items were received in a timely fashion and are exactly as described…top quality craftsmanship, timely delivery, and above all their customer service is outstanding!
